SKI WITH THE PROS
We are a professional native English speaking Snowsports school located in the alpine towns of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Reit im Winkl in the heart of the Bavarian/Austrian Alps.
We offer instruction from non skier/boarder through expert level and both resorts have something for everyone, young and old, novice and expert, skier and boarder.
Garmisch-Partenkirchen has great beginner pistes and for the more advanced skiers and riders, the Kandahar world cup runs offer anyone a challenge. The resort is upgrading its lift system and runs this summer in preparation for the World Alpine Ski Championships in 2011.
The Zugspitze mountain, which is part of the resort, has snow all year round and has one of the best terrain parks in the area.
The Winklmoos slopes are ideal for the never ever and novice learner and the beginner pistes are serviced by an 'easy - to - use ' chairlift.
Steinplatte can be reached from the Winklmoos resort and offers more challenging slopes for the intermediate upwards. There is also a great terrain park, a must for any good snowboarder or skier.
The resorts have mainly high speed chairlifts and gondolas and snow conditions are excellent from early December through April. The pistes are prepared to the highest standards and there are many great mountain restaurants to choose from for lunch or apres ski.
Both resorts have extensive snow making on most runs.
